About the Retreat Center
Epona Rise Retreat Centre is a space that inspires. Our 80 acre facility includes eight guest cabins and a stunning backcountry lodge. It caters to those looking for a magnificent natural environment in which to host a large family or group, a yoga and meditation retreat, a wellness retreat, or a corporate retreat. The convenient location allows for easy transfer from the Kamloops Airport and quick access to Sun Peaks Ski Resort. The property sits within a lush forest valley, offering boundless opportunity for hiking, trail running, and snow shoeing, all at your doorstep.
About Equine Assisted Learning Programs
A special and unique feature to our facility are our equine assissted learning programs. Our equine programs offer the unique experience of interacting with a herd of horses. Our programs help facility group team building exercises, for large groups, as well as intimate one on one sessions. Equine experiences and programs can be added to any facility rental. Our 80 acre property is located 15 minutes from Sun Peaks Ski Resort. Epona Rise sits in a valley between a ridge of mountains. We are surrounding by livestock farming land up and down the road, while the surrounding mountain forests are crown land and offer infinate hiking and exploring opportunity.

A key feature of Epona Rise is our magnificent backcountry lodge. Our mountain lodge boasts floor to ceiling picture windows that look out onto the valley, a beautifully wrought pine table that seats up to 20, a fully-equipped, industrial-sized kitchen, a pool table, bookshelves filled with DVDS, and a fireplace. Our guests are also welcome to enjoy the lodge’s stunning outdoor deck, and make use of our fire pit, assuming there is no fire ban in place.

Our facility includes eight cabins, each containing an ensuite bathroom, a small fridge and coffee maker, perfect for large group rentals. There are 4 cabins with queen beds and 4 cabins with 2 double beds, with additional mattresses available.
